RESERVATION
Different Internet based applications within Citybreak Professional approach different needs and target audiences.

• Citybreak CRS - for call center and point of sale (i.e. tourist information offices) personnel. The application is a full scale CRS booking engine.
• Citybreak Agency - for booking personnel at travel agents, tour operators and other distribution partners.
• Citybreak Online - for end customers (i.e. visitors making reservations directly online at the destination’s web site/s and/or portal site/s).

Citybreak automatically generates the appropriate vouchers and confirmation documents once a reservation is completed. The system also notifies suppliers involved in a certain reservation in real-time by either e-mail, or fax. Vouchers and confirmations are easily customized to support your specific needs of adding messages and displaying more general information.

Citybreak supports real-time reservations of pre-defined packages, accommodation, transportation, attractions, events and other travel related products.

PACKAGING
Citybreak enables you to create attractive packages together with your partners. The packages can be built up by a combination of accommodation, transportation, attractions, events and other products. A package can either be fixed (pre-defined), or dynamically created (like a shopping basket). The system also provides the functionalities to allow an end customer to put together his own package in real time online.

DISTRIBUTION
Citybreak supports a variety of distribution channels. Today thousands of travel agencies , and tour operators builds up the Citybreak distribution network. Online channels are becoming more and more important for our customers.

SUPPLIERS
All the involved suppliers can easily access the Citybreak system through an Internet-based application supporting real-time updates of availability and price/s. But we have also taken it one step forward, allowing the supplier to become its own package provider. You are able to act as a pure booking agency for the suppliers own packages.

DATA AND STATISTICS
Citybreak provides comprehensive data and statistics of all transactions completed in the system. Reports on availability, sales and profit, as well as suppliers and distribution partner’s performances among many other types of information could be generated in real-time.
