CityBreak Financials is a real time financial system completely integrated within the Citybreak solution. It has support for several advanced features that makes the financial workflow clear and efficient. During the confirmation of a booking all billing, payment processing and bookkeeping is done in real time which means that all relevant information is immediately available for both customers and the finacial department.

INVOICING
The Invoicing module is highly configurable and can handle both automatic and manual invoicing. It can create multiple invoices for the same booking to handle prepayments and reservation fees. The bookkeeping is done automatically when the invoices are created using organization specific rules. All invoices can be created as electronic documents in various formats and can easily be distributed. The Invoicing module also supports automatic creation of synthetic supplier invoices (self billing) to track costs and drive the supplier payment process.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING
The Credit Card module supports multiple external credit card clearing facilities and contains extensive logging, error reporting, and searching of transactions. It is fully integrated with the Accounts Receivables module.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE
The Accounts receivable module contains functionality such as invoice searching, automatic and manual payment registration, overdue invoice handling with payment reminders and balance reporting.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
The Accounts payable module contains functionality such as invoice searching, balance reporting, payment proposals and creation of payment files in different formats that can be sent to the bank for automatic payment processing.

BOOK KEEPING
Most of the bookkeeping is done automatically according to organization specific rules but it’s also possible to create manual journal entries. You can search and print bookkeeping entries and it contains a general ledger with where you can search and print account entries and account balances.

IMPORT/EXPORT
Supports different import/export modules to connect to different external ERP/accounting system.
