Host is server software with great efficiency and reliability through which card payment authorization is done in POS terminals. Host is meant to be used in medium or large stores or commercial enterprises where it is needed to account with card payments. Thanks to a central authorization and report solution, Host is the best solution especially for larger commercial enterprises.
Host enables to solve the card payment performance requirement of the whole enterprise. The system is applicable so that one central sever hosts several POS terminals, which are located at geographically different places but within the enterprises intranet. Host is flexible and integrated with all computer based POS systems.

Host is able to constantly serve the POS-s with a speed of 9 transactions per second. The authorization cycle lasts under 3 seconds. This time also includes request to the bank’s infosystems to learn the customer’s credit etc. The information saved during the transactions enables authorized personnel to receive summaries about the card payments.

You need a connection with Pankade Kaardikeskus or Hansapank to authorize. Suitable channel permeability is at least 64K. In addition, Host uses Privador Ltd.’s free security program SSA to secure the channel. During each connection a great amount of information is exchanged and if the connection channel has a small permeability the whole system will suffer. You are able to use a backup-channel with Host.

The Invoicing module also supports automatic creation of synthetic supplier invoices (self billing) to track costs and drive the supplier payment process.

NixPAY is software for authorizing card payments that doesn’t need a special server but works together with the POS program on the same computer. Thanks to the integration with the POS program, card payments authorizing procedure takes place fast and accurately.

To receive a complete and detailed overview of all card pay transactions you are able to install a program called NixPAY DATA. NixPAY DATA is a central report producer that collects the payment transaction related information from the entire sale points and delivers aggregated information, which makes it easy for the accountant to check the correctitude of bank payments.

To launch the system you need to have a permanent Internet connection with a fixed IP address and a contract with an enterprise offering authorizing services (Hansapank, Pankade Kaardikeskus). NixPAY is integrated to and used with the following sales systems’ POS modules: Cascade, NixPOS, OSCAR, InfoStore, Doora.
